After collective outrage over attendance, NBA halftime performers have unionized and gone on strike. “We are tired of people going to pee and get $15 beers during our show,” a spokesperson for the movement stated. No end date has been discussed for performers as owners look elsewhere for halftime entertainment. Of the many options being explored, owners are considering trained, live animals as performers.
